Overdrive
Shop floor software
Know where every car
actually stands
A car in the shop is four open questions at once: what has been done, what parts are still missing, what the customer approved, and what has been paid. Overdrive keeps all four on one board.
Every visitor gets their own shop, already full of sample cars. Nothing you do affects anyone else's.

Five questions, one board
01
Work
Who has it?
Every job is a list of tasks with a mechanic's name on it, so nobody walks the floor asking who took the brakes.
04
History
What happened last time?
Every closed visit stays on the car — what was done, who did it and what it cost — so a car that comes back is never a blank page.
03
Approval
Did they say yes?
Extra work waits on the customer, not on someone's memory. The board shows what was sent, when, and what came back.
02
Parts
What is missing?
Each task carries the parts it needs: in stock, ordered with an ETA, or missing. A missing part stops the card and says so.
05
Payment
Has it been paid?
Deposit, balance and what is still owed sit on the same card as the work, so no car leaves unpaid by accident.
How a day runs
Three moments. The board handles the rest.
(01)
Book it in
Pick what the car came in for from a list of everyday jobs. Each one becomes a task, assigned or left for the floor to sort out.
(02)
Work the board
Mechanics move their own tasks along from their phones. A task with a missing part cannot be marked done, and says why.
(03)
Hand it back
Approvals, balance and the full history sit on the same card, so nothing is finished twice and nothing leaves unpaid.
Questions
The task cannot be marked done. The card turns red, says which part and whether anyone ordered it, and offers the one action that would unblock it. When the part is ordered the card updates itself — nobody has to remember to clear anything.
